The training sessions

Depending on your preferences and availability, Kuristo offers 3 training sessions per week.

On the agenda

We adapt the program to the seasonal circumstances and the forces present on the day.

We promote team spirit and never leave a member alone: those who are first come back to pick up those who are last.

 

Meet in front of the access gate to the athletics track at Fallon Stadium.

 

  • Tuesday 6:30 PM

    • Fartlek or trail exercises .

    • Between 10 and 15 km.

    • During the warmer months , outings in the Sonian Forest.

    • During dark evenings , outings on the green railway promenade and in Woluwe Park.

  • Thursday 6:30 PM

    • Interval training on the athletics track at Fallon Stadium.

  • Sunday 10:10 am

    • Fundamental endurance training in the Sonian Forest .

    • Between 13 and 25 km.

The races

At Kuristo, we don't run alone, we run together . Whether it's for the Club Challenge (our flagship races of the year) or for the races offered by everyone (marathon, half marathon, trail run, road race…), there's always a starting line for you.

 

Carpooling = guaranteed good times

We organize carpooling for each race : an opportunity to share laughter, advice, and above all, the desire to push ourselves further .

 

And after the effort? A drink with fellow runners, of course – because a race without a debrief is like a trail run without elevation gain: it lacks spice!
